[GreenYes] Seeking recycle info on Eugene Oregon

Can anyone help me - I'm trying to find out what materials can be
recycled curbside and/or drop-off in Eugene, Oregon?  And Reno, Nevada
too...

Also, is there an HHW program?  How does it work, what do they take?
Fees?

Is there a yard debris, leaves, or tree diversion program?  Fees?
Curbside or drop-off?

Or - do you have the name and number of a contact person????  I checked
the web for info, but the city's site doesn't address trash/recycling.
