Interesting question I will ask and let you all know.
 
Palm Beach was really put close to bankruptcy on a sugar bagasse gasifier  
for electrical power to FPL deal a few years back I doubt seriously if the  
Locals would dare do it again.
 
But then this is Floridaaaahh where hanging chad lived. In Palm Beach as I  
recall.  In Miami City Elections Dead people vote too early and often.  BUT 
They are old and forgetful.
