It includes:
    * Zero Waste resolutions passed by the City and County of Boulder
    * Zero Waste window decals to identify who's on board with Zero Waste.
    * The latest service, the Eco-Cycle Exchange, which promotes 
reuse in the community through a free website where you can unload 
free stuff and find free stuff within the community, like a free 
online garage sale available all the time.
    * CompUSA has joined Eco-Cycle to pioneer a new recycling model 
for electronics retailers.
    * Numerous opportunities to get involved in building a Zero Waste 
community.
This  provides a good example of the type of outreach materials that 
will be helpful in Zero Waste Communities to let the community know 
what's going on, and how to get involved.
