[GreenYes] Recycling Business Case Analysis

Has anyone made the business case for recycling versus waste disposal?
I need to develop a plan that addresses facilities, equipment and
services, record keeping and auditing, market analyses, economic
analysis of alternatives, and a financial plan.

Examples of this type of analysis would be useful.
