HI, well I did find a company that is willing to sell me their clean,
un-used scraps, but at $1 per pound,plus shipping.

I do not mind paying, but not sure this is a fair price, as otherwise
they would have to pay for this PVC to be disposed of another way?

Any thoughts for me? Or is the $1 per pound a good price?
