[GreenYes] Survey for festival recycling

Can anyone share with us a list of questions that they have used to survey festival organizers as a starting point to set up a recycling program?
 
We are just getting started and some questions that have been suggested so far include:
 
    Dates of the festival
    Number of people expected
    Types of beverage containers used
    Whether or not there is a separate beer tent
    What organizations serve the beverages (local beer distributor, local civic groups, etc)
    How far in advance of the festival is planning started
    How far in advance of the festivals do vendors sign their contracts
