My apologies to the list.
Someone pointed out that my reference to Robert F. Kennedy should have
specified that it was, in fact, Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
His 2002 presentation at the Commonwealth Club is where he presents the
idea that "all pollution is a subsidy."
