Hi Tony ~ Wisconsin law requires recycling from all generators in all situations. The law is at http://www.legis.state.wi.us/statutes/Stat0287.pdf <http://www.legis.state.wi.us/statutes/Stat0287.pdf> ; the code is at http://www.legis.state.wi.us/rsb/code/nr/nr544.pdf <http://www.legis.state.wi.us/rsb/code/nr/nr544.pdf> . As part of the state law, all local communities in Wisconsin have also adopted similar mandatory recycling requirements. This is not to say, however, that all events have followed the law and established recycling programs. Can anyone point me to local or state laws in their area requiring this type of recycling? Thanks much!
