[greenyes] Rising oil prices effect on recycled plastic markets

A local reporter is looking for information on the correlation between
high (and rising) oil prices and the price/demand for recycled plastics.
Does anyone have any information on this? You may respond to the
reporter directly at <m.cooper.guardnet.com>, but I would also like to
know.
