Hi Jeff,

A few years back I did a commercial food waste survey for the County of Santa
Cruz.  A survey is a very important first step for planning any diversion
program.   I surveyed generators of food waste and potential users of food
waste.  I have attached survey forms.  You definitely want to do this type of
survey by phone or in person as you will have few replies if it is a mail

region (specifically pre-consumer) and are currently putting together the survey
with which to perform that research.  Has anyone developed a survey specifically
