Hi Alan, This probably isn' t the answer you were looking for, but I recently replaced my office chair with a large exercise ball. I can now sit comfortably for longer periods of time, and I tend to stretch at more frequent intervals. (I just have to remember to look behind me after standing up as the ball has a tendency to roll away when I'm not looking!) Also, when I bought my last computer, I paid a few extra bucks for a larger monitor. It sits at a comfortable distance from my eyes, and I can adjust the font size as needed without half of the document becoming hidden. It feels much better on the eyes. Seems I spend my life in a disorganized office overrun with both paper and various forms of electronic storage. My personal experience is that documents of any length are slow and tedious to read on screen, so I end up printing them out--feeling somewhat guilty about it. Is this a common experience? Is there a level of computers and display devices that makes this issue go away? If so, what is it?
