provisions in the Pledge of True Stewardship developed by BAN
& SVTC?
Jim/Sarah? Ted?

In terms
of Lance's questions, I can take a stab at one:
The International Association of Electronics
Recyclers (Albany, New York) is a small, 100-member trade group
representing electronics reclaimers. While the vast majority of its
members are in North America, companies in other countries are also
members. The group provides several services, including an
environmental certification program and industry training seminars
(IAER presents training classes at the E-Scrap Conferences that we
sponsor).
Hope this helps.
