Hello Stephan.

Years ago I remember reading an article that Finland was a leader in 
this arena, despite the often cold climate. It might have been in an 
ancient Resource Recycling article. I can't say for sure. Nor can I 
say why this tidbit stuck in my mind.  Its likely not worth pursuing; 
but then again, a minute or two on Google is always interesting if 
not productive.
