Good morning,

I am the recycling coordinator in a growing area, current population 200,000
for the county, with 100,000 people in a cluster. This area is expected to
grow dramatically in the next 10 - 20 years. Currently, our mixed
recyclables ( from the 100,000 ) are trucked 50 miles to a MRF. At what
point does building a local MRF become economical?
