RE: [greenyes] Any legitimate styrofoam recycling programs still out there?

A friend living in Germany described a great program for appliance and
electronics packaging recycling.  At the exit to each store, there are bins
for cardboard an polystyrene.  The consumer unpacks their item and leaves
the shipping packaging at the door, or returns the packaging later.  This
just seems to make good sense.
