These thoughts about corporations are absolutely fundamental to recycling 
issues!

EPR/Product Stewardship is all about ending the era of welfare for 
corporations where they are allowed to put that "incredible assortment of 
products" on the market with the blithe assumption that someone else will 
clean up after it.

EPR is about creating the "set of controls" that will require corporations 
(and private businesses, and not-for-profit corporations large and small) 
to clean up after themselves.
