The Conference planners reserve the right to select proposals received that will most effectively contribute to the achievement of the foregoing objectives. We will closely evaluate all proposals, and you will receive notification of acceptance or nonacceptance as soon as possible. Fees: There is no fee to submit a presentation abstract. Presenters are responsible for registration fees and all related expenses for traveland hotel accommodation expenses. Materials: If your proposals selected, you will be required to submit all handout materials and any PowerPoint presentations by August 1, 2004, for use as an electronic handouts and to upload presentations.
