[greenyes] OCC prices explode

For those of you who do not receive Official Board Markets, I thought you
might like to see the article at the link below about OCC prices jumping up,
with an expectation that they will stay high into the summer.  In addition,
the OBM's market prices for several other grades of paper also went up,
including a $10 a ton price increase for #8 news in all markets, with prices
now at $70-$95 a ton.
