The EPA use a software for estimating air pollutant emissions from municipal
solid waste (MSW) landfills. It's call
Landfill Gas Emissions Model (LandGEM) (Version 2.01) Try the EPA website at
http://www.epa.gov/ttn/catc/dir1/landfill.txt
