Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger issued an Executive Order to halt all
regulatory processes for as long as 6 months.



SACRAMENTO, CALIFORNIA – Governor Schwarzenegger issued Executive Order
S-2-03 on November 18 to halt all processing of pending regulations until
further review. The order could affect countless environmental health and
safety measures; from the efforts to develop the unprecedented SB 20,
computer and TV recycling program, to new air pollution rules affecting
diesel garbage trucks.
