[greenyes] Wheelchair Access to Recycling and Refuse Bins

With apologies for cross-posting, I'm looking for design examples of wheelchair access to recycling/refuse container enclosures in an apartment complex that enable the user to access either carts or bins from a wheelchair. Our typical refuse bin enclosures are built with cinderblock walls and swinging-gate openings. An ADA-wide side opening that is elevated in relation to the bin???
