[greenyes] Muncipal Recycling Cost Benchmarks

Has anyone done any recent benchmarking of per household costs for municipal
recycling programs?  I'm aware of the Waste News Report that came out late
last year, but was wondering if anyone had compiled anything more inclusive
of medium sized communites.
