[greenyes] Toilets and Compost

Two questions:
Anyone have any unique nitrogen sources for compost? Beyond horses, cows, biosolids etc. Experience with jail kitchens? Other institutional sources?
Second, toilet crushing techniques? Have a stockpile of about 2000, and am looking for a beneficial use. Local rock crushing plant had no luck as we were left with a pile a sharp edged chunks of porcelain....

The Santa Fe Solid Waste Management Agency is looking for an Exec. Director. We own and operate a landfill and the start of multiple diversion programs incl, compost, regional metals collection, and with any luck a MRF in the near future.
If you, or anyone you know might be interested in one of the most undeveloped waste scenes in the country (ie endless opportunity) let me know, or send a resume to the adress below by Nov 30 for consideration.
Thanks for the help!
