Do you know anything about mitigating for phosphorus storm water runoff
from a composting facility? I have a phosphorus problem at the compost
facility I've been assisting. It's around 4 mg/liter and needs to be 2
or under before we can get a NPDES permit. After a years worth of rain
and the storm weekend from the hurricane we FINALLY had some runoff to
test and wouldn't ya' know it all the parameters are fine, but the
phosphorus. Anyhow, could you guys ask around? This is for the
sheltered workshop, so it's gotta' be a cheap solution. I'll be asking
around at Indianapolis this week, too.

Thanks,

Dave Clark
