See what happens when you exempt the 'grandfathered'
old units... everyone should had been required to add
scrubbers on no matter what. The old plants were all
ready paid for just add the equipment, the
maintainance is an on going thing and should had
nothing to do with applying scrubbers. So much for the
Democratic veiw of things. Now it more worst then
before requiring the scrubbers. The Republicans know
how to SPIN.
