Just made my phone call... talked with a
lovely lady who just came on shift...
apparently she was told about the
"movement" as she called it.  She was
supposed to transfer me to the "comments"
line as instructed.  I asked how many
calls they had gotten today... she said
at the time she came on shift, it was
over 500!
