In Norway, the amount of electrical and electronics products recycled
reached a total of 8 kg per resident last year, an increase of nearly a
kilogram from 2001. According to the article, Norway leads the world on the
recycling of EE waste on a per capita average.

Norway has a comprehensive system of advance recycling fees for electrical
and electronic products and   along with an extensive number of collection
programs.
