Hello,

One of my best friends from high school is now a high school principal in
Oklahoma and she is interested in starting a comprehensive waste reduction
program in her school, waste prevention, recycling, reuse, composting, the
works. She wants to know what resources are available, where she might find
funding, companies that could work with her, etc.

I don't want to overwhelm her with every "recycling in schools" booklet on
the planet, but I would love to hear of any web resources that you think are
particularly outstanding, and especially anything specific to Oklahoma.
