I found the NAPCOR website helpful. NAPCOR is the professional association 
for purveyors of PET (soda bottles, clear plastic #1) Sandi Childs is the 
East Coast representative schilds@no.address , the website is napcor.com. 
Perhaps in Pennsylvania you could reclaim the PET and get some other towns in 
your area to do the same. The more product you have the better your options, 
perhaps.
