[GreenYes] Bottom ash as aggregate

Good morning.
I have been asked to consider "bottom ash" as a replacement for a percentage of natural aggregate in concrete masonry units on a federal project.  Has anyone else been confronted with this situation?  Are TCLP standards specified?  Are certain sources prohibited?
