Christine,
The contamination issue differs from one community to another. Most of the
difference can be traced to what type of waste collection the community has,
the location of the drop-off, and the amount (or lack of ) education on how
to recycle.
We have a Solid Waste Management District that sets out trailers in a five
county area and has very little contamination problems ( Ozark Foothills
SWMD 573-785-6402).
