While we may not have model RFP's on our site,
you may want to consider viewing two areas:

In specific there are a couple of links to

Also, consider looking at our Campus Zero Waste area:
http://www.grrn.org/campus/index.html

There are quite a number of model programs linked
there. Surely some of these should provide excellent
contacts to recycling curricula and Requests For Proposals.
