Here in Fayetteville, AR there's at least one Walmart competitor (Marvin's
IGA) that gives you a $0.05 discount for each paper bag you bring back for use
on your current purchase.  From what I can tell just about no one takes
advantage of the discount, which by the way, isn't promoted.
