    Madison Wisconsin started a similar program too.  I do not know how they are making out though.  They had them available for the Solar fair and conference I attended and the people (at the fair) loved them.  You had to show your Drivers Licence, a small donation and return to the same spot helps.
   The last bike discussion was about a college student project.
