      I had came across a individual company I thought was based in NY about the prepaid containers but here is  Lamprecycle.org (sponsored by the Lamp Section of the National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA)).  They should have practically everyone listed across America.             http://www.nema.org/lamprecycle/
