Nope.  In the US, they are: Oregon, California, Iowa, Delaware, Massachusetts, Vermont, Michigan, New York, Maine, Connecticut.   Also the city of Columbia, Missouri  [and technically ALL federal facilities, such as national parks, office buildings, prisons, etc...but this law is not being enforced....]
