C. William and readers:
Name calling is uncivil and unprofessional; its use reflects badly primarily
on the name caller and does nothing to advance the name caller's arguments.
Passion and professionalism are not antithetical qualities - they are a mix
found in all good-willed, public spirited citizens.
Insinuating arguments are also primarily polemical, not constructive in
nature. To insinuate that opposing opinions must be voiced by mercenaries
strikes me as an unwarranted and unsupported accusation.
Sincerely,
Roger M. Guttentag
