Massachusetts DEP is seeking videos that trace the lifecycle of commodities. For example, the ideal video would show recyclable materials being collected and processed and turned into new products. DEP has a preference for independently produced videos (not sponsored by trade associations) that could be shown in "neutral" venues, such as community access cable. Thank you.
