See summary of case study I did on "Resource Recovery (RR) Parks" for the
CA Integrated Waste Management Board last year at
http://www.ciwmb.ca.gov/LGLibrary/Innovations/RecoveryPark/ Let me know if
you want a copy of the full document (~17 pages).
I'm also working with a new group, Urban Ore Development Associates, to
help communities evaluate the feasibility of RR Parks, design, build and
operate them. Let me know if you have a specific project in mind in which
we might be able to help.
