Recycling Specialist - City of Hayward, CA (Salary: $4,383 - $5,305/mo. plus
excellent benefits package.).  Assists with planning, implementing and
administering the City's recycling programs with emphasis on commercial
recycling. One year of public/private recycling experience and B.A. or B.S.
degree in public or business administration, environmental science or
