Are you looking just at packaging PVC, or other applications. You might 
calculate incineration of PVC packaging by taking the total PVC resin sales 
in a given year (APC reports were done by Beck & Associates for a number of 
years), then multiplying that figure by the percent of US MSW that is 
incinerated (I think EPA has it at about 17% now - the number is available 
for all years going back to 1960). Recycling of PVC is negligible.
