[GreenYes] amount of PVC incinerated per year?

To those who love, cherish and frequently use statistics.....I'm looking for 
the amount of PVC that is incinerated per year in the USA

I need to find a reliable source of data on the number of tons of PVC that 
are in the waste stream and of that, how much is landfilled and how much is 
incinerated?

Any info would be appreciated ASAP!
