[GreenYes] Information on successful state commodity recycling programs

Good morning everyone.

I am a consultant for the U.S. EPA, and I am looking for "case study" type information on exemplary recycling programs in states or local communities for paper, plastics, metals, and/or glass. For example, a community in a state that has reached a very high recovery rate of a particular material thanks to a special program that was implemented.
