[GreenYes] Impact of Switching to Bi-Weekly Collection

A colleague who is not on this email list is looking at what would be the
impact of switching from a weekly collection of recyclables to collecting
every other week. Data is being sought on both the economic impacts as well
as on the amount of recyclables collected. It is a community of some 35,000
people, and has a mandatory recycling program, which would remain in effect.

Any leads on what the impacts might be would be greatly appreciated and can
be sent to me.
