[GreenYes] Zerowaste areas exporting waste ?

Hi, I am re-posting this as I think I didn't head it very cleverly ! 
(I don't think any Zerowaste councils will be rushing to tell me that 
they are exporting waste........!!!) "Oh the naievity of these 
greenhorn environmentalists !" 
So here goes again - I am hoping for more feedback...

ZEROWASTE  CITIES EXPORTING WASTE ?

Hi all,
. One of our regional politicans said this to me recently (more of 
the
government pro-incinerator propaganda no doubt), but I need to check
for sure. Please let me know if you are in a Zerowaste area, (I mean
physically !) do you export any of your waste out of county or 
country
? 
             If you are a Zerowaste council or city or whatever, (or
you know which ones and how many there are in your country,) will you
please email me with a name and address, so I can show this 
politician
how many Zerowaste councils there are.
