The December 2000 issue of NRC's Recycling Policy Reporter is now available
for review free of charge at:

This issue includes an update on NRC's efforts to convince EPA to more
thoroughly examine composting programs as a viable alternative to the
bioreactor landfills that the agency is currently studying. It also
discusses the impact that the failed global warming talks could have on
recycling programs.
