The EPA has an excellent web page on composting.  Besides this their best 
asset is Dr. Rosalie Green in the Office of Solid Waste

Dr. Green is very active in composting issues and has a wealth of information 
and knowledge she will share with you.

Rod Tyler wrote the book on marketing compost and he can be reached via
