[GRRN] Household hazardous waste

I will be co-ordinating a Household Hazardous Waste Collection Program for
a city area with a population of about 1,000,000 people in Sydney,
Australia. I am keen to make contact with people experienced in this area
to share ideas. I am particularly interested in successful communication/
education strategies with a focus on HHW avoidance. I'm also interested in
finding out the types of approaches adopted for HHW programs, the
importance placed on social/ market research for program development and
program evaluation strategies.
