I dont think that recycling reuse remanufacturing can depend upon the market
to work. There is too much corruption in land filling and other negative
forms of waste disposal with circular rewards for the waste profiteers and of
course wall street. I believe California is attempting some brave mandatory
inclusion language that might force the market. We haven't begun to touch
