David--thank you very much for that very prompt reply. You and Brenda
at ILSR provided enough information for City Hall's public hearing
tomorrow, so I thank you! I don't know if anyone from the City phoned
you, but they may have a similar public hearing next year (i.e., on what
City Hall can be doing about recycling and economic development), and
they may consider flying in a consultant to provide a national
perspective. If you're interested in providing testimony for Chicago, I
can let the City know you're interested.

My organization may be doing more work in this arena in the future. So
I may be emailing you again for information.
